The breakfast was adequate, with a variety of options available (i DID like the omelets).
The mattress was excessively firm. I did not sleep well. The soundproofing was also inadequate. I could hear noise from other rooms and the hallway ALL the time. The coffee sachets provided in the room were of poor quality. A better brand should be considered.

staff are attentive. room are big enough and spotlessly clean, I find location is handy, close to public transport, makes exploring the city easy. It's near lots stores and eating places, adds to its charm.
i noticed the gym is a little small.

The check-in was very smooth. I appreciated the warm welcome and efficient process. The location is fantastic. It provided easy access to many restaurants and shops nearby. A supermarket, open until 1 am, is just a short walk away. Cary and Michael at the concierge were helpful. They provided great restaurant tips and directions. They also arranged taxis.
The room's soundproofing was not very good, so I heard noise from other rooms during housekeeping hours.

The front desk staff, especially Cathy, Agnes, and Lori, offered valuable advice. The location provides convenient access to shopping and public transportation. The breakfast buffet included plentiful and delicious choices and the room was spotlessly clean.

the location is great in a fantastic area. the room was very clean and breakfast was good. there was also a free water tap on each floor so bottled water was not necessary.
the bed was smaller. i am not very tall and barely fit in it. the toilet splashed water everywhere when flushed. the street noise was present very late at night probably from a club outside our window.
