Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, with a separate bathroom and quality amenities. The friendly and helpful staff, along with the excellent Western and Chinese buffet breakfast, made my experience unforgettable. The location was very convenient with easy access to the MTR and plenty of dining options nearby. A truly exceptional stay overall.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortable and not as small as some of the others I've experienced in Hong Kong, though a bit dated. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff offering excellent travel advice. The location was superb, right in the heart of the bustling Tsim Sha Tsui shopping district. The dining experience was decent, with a good variety of continental options, though not ideal for vegans. The facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was cozy and had quality amenities, plus a tasty breakfast to start the day. The service was outstanding with a can-do attitude. The location was surrounded by fantastic local restaurants, perfect for late-night snacks. The dining experience offered a wide variety of fresh dishes. Overall, a nice, quirky hotel with lots to offer.
I must say, the room I got was tiny and filled with some bulky and uncomfortable furniture, making it feel a bit cramped. On the bright side, the hotel does bend over backwards for you with good service, a nice breakfast, and a great shower. Just be careful about going out after 8pm due to potential commotion in the area.
The hotel has stylish and modern rooms that are clean and comfortable. The location is great, close to many restaurants and shopping areas. The dining options are satisfactory but may lack variety for vegetarians. Overall, a fashionable and comfortable stay with friendly service.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although packed with bulky furniture, were still gorgeous, comfortable, and very quiet. The service was amazing, especially from Dominic who went out of his way to assist us. The location, though near a busy road, was surrounded by many local restaurants making midnight snacks easy to find. The dining experience was great with a rich variety of options, and the facilities were top-notch.
